Wholesale Accounts

Bring Local Flavor to Your Business

Our Wholesale Program

Growing for Our Local Food Community

Blue Heron Farm proudly offers wholesale accounts to local Bishop and Mammoth restaurants, chefs, businesses, markets, and community partners.

We believe the strongest food systems are built close to home. Supplying fresh, locally grown food to the people feeding this valley is a core part of our mission. Wholesale partnerships allow us to grow with intention, plan our fields responsibly, and keep food rooted in the place it is grown.

What We Offer

Our wholesale availability reflects the seasons and the diversity of the farm.

Depending on the time of year, we offer a rotating selection of vegetables, orchard fruit, herbs, flowers, and select value added products. Everything is grown right here using regenerative practices that prioritize soil health, biodiversity, and long term resilience.

Availability changes week to week. We focus on quality, freshness, and transparency rather than trying to be everything all the time.

Who We Work With

We currently work with a range of local partners, including restaurants, chefs, cafes, small businesses, markets, and food focused organizations.

If you care about sourcing locally, cooking seasonally, and building relationships with the farms you buy from, we would love to grow for you.

We especially value partnerships with folks who understand that farming is shaped by weather, timing, and nature, and who are excited to work within those rhythms.

How Wholesale Works

Wholesale accounts are relationship based.

Each week during the season, we send out a weekly email with that week’s availability list outlining what is ready to harvest. Orders are placed in advance and picked fresh for pickup or delivery, depending on location and logistics.

We communicate clearly about quantities, pricing, and timing so there are no surprises. Our goal is to be a reliable and responsive partner while staying honest about what the land can provide.

Seasonal and First Come First Serve

Wholesale availability is seasonal and limited.

All wholesale items are offered on a first come, first serve basis, and quantities may be limited depending on harvest conditions. Availability lists are a guide and can shift quickly based on weather or demand.

We encourage flexibility and open communication so we can best serve one another throughout the season.

Why Partner With Blue Heron Farm

When you source from Blue Heron Farm, you are supporting more than a product.

You are supporting regenerative agriculture, local labor, and a farm that is deeply invested in this community. Your purchases help sustain working farmland, strengthen the local food economy, and keep high quality ingredients circulating close to home.

Wholesale partnerships allow us to grow responsibly while feeding the people who feed others.
