Application Process:

Ready to get your hands in the soil? Here’s how the process works:

1. Submit the Online Form (below) — Fill out our quick application form with your basic info, seasonal availability, and a few short questions about why you’d like to join the Work-Trade Program.

2. We’ll Review Your Application — Once we receive your form, we’ll review it and reach out by email to schedule a short interview.

3. Attend a Working Interview — Selected applicants will be invited to a working interview on the farm. This gives both of us a chance to make sure it’s a good fit.

4. Join the Crew! — If it’s a match, we’ll assign you to a seasonal block and provide details for orientation, start dates, and your first shift.
