Easy and adaptable, this is almost more of a concept than a recipe.

Absolutely divine on hot cornbread fresh out of the oven - or slathered over freshly grilled corn!

Once basil hits the garden - this dressing is basically ever-present in my kitchen. Toss it with roast veggies, smear it on sandwiches, use it in your salads… the options are endless.

For bread dipping. For pizza drizzling. For pouring over perfectly grilled steak. For any moment you want to add a little extra pizzaz to your dish.

Often we are used to using oil based sauces for dipping bread - this however, is a completely different beast. Flavorful and intense, yet clean feeling, light, and refreshing. Delicious served with a loaf of crunchy bread or cheesy toasts.

Compound butters are one of my favorite ways to immediately and with very little effort elevate a dish. Use this bright butter to make an omlette, put a pat on top of a hot roast chicken, or on top of a mountain of grilled veggies - no matter what, it’s going to level up that dish! Now compound butter is not really a science, it more is an invitation to play with different flavor combinations - in spring, when tarragon is at its peak, this is one of my favorites.
